We experienced the 8-course Innovative Dim Sum Prix Fixe at Lai Wah Heen, and it was truly remarkable.

Each dish was a work of art, meticulously crafted and presented. The service was impeccable, enhancing the overall experience. - Course Highlights:
- Open-Purse Dumpling: Minced scallop, shrimp, and bakchoy topped with caviar.
- Seared Crab Claw: Shrimp and green chive in wonton.
- Deep-Fried Prawn: Coated with shrimp mousse and scallop, wrapped with bacon.
- Berkshire Pork Dumpling: Deep-fried to perfection.
- Truffle & Lobster Escalopes: On thin noodles flavored with truffle-scented oil.
- Red Bean Mochi: Wrapped in coconut flakes, accompanied by a mini egg tart.
- Steamed Char Siu BBQ Bun: Classic and delicious.
- Crystal Skin Shrimp Dumpling: Delicately prepared.

We also tried the sticky rice in lotus leaf and the seafood bisque garnished with fish roe, which complemented our meal beautifully. - Ambiance:
While the lighting inside wasn’t the best, the overall dining experience was fantastic.

Lai Wah Heen offers an exquisite dim sum experience that’s worth trying if you’re in Toronto. Highly recommended for its innovative dishes and excellent service.
