  • great ramen for Calgary with consistently flavourful broths and a fast moving service
  • we came randomly one night and they were able to seat us within 10 minutes on a full service night and the food we ordered came out even quicker after which is honestly immensely impressive
  • I found the broths and noodles to be really really good and the Chashu was so tender and flavourful, it was a perfect addition to my bowl of ramen
  • the chili goma was also really well balanced and had the same, consistent noodles as my bowl
  • I’m tired of saying it by Shiki Menya is in the past, Wakado is just better
