Flores and Pine

I’ve been to Flores and Pine a couple times now and each time I find that they consistently deliver great quality dishes
located in a massive venue right outside Calgary in Bearspaw, F&P has a gorgeous interior that could woo anyone for any occasion
I won’t go through every dish I’ve tried but F&P is known for their special wood fire oven that is one of a kind to them in all of Canada
of course, their meats are incredible, nice and tender and flavourful and you get to experience Alberta Beef at its best
the burrata is a must-get, massive portion and a great quality dish
for sides, the Mac and cheese was the only notable one to me but they have so many options, you’re bound to find something you like
they’ve got a huge drink menu as well and the best one I’ve tried yet is the Flores and Pineapple
Overall, a great place to check out that not many people know about and I will definitely be going again!
