- I’ve been to Flores and Pine a couple times now and each time I find that they consistently deliver great quality dishes
- located in a massive venue right outside Calgary in Bearspaw, F&P has a gorgeous interior that could woo anyone for any occasion
- I won’t go through every dish I’ve tried but F&P is known for their special wood fire oven that is one of a kind to them in all of Canada
- of course, their meats are incredible, nice and tender and flavourful and you get to experience Alberta Beef at its best
- the burrata is a must-get, massive portion and a great quality dish
- for sides, the Mac and cheese was the only notable one to me but they have so many options, you’re bound to find something you like
- they’ve got a huge drink menu as well and the best one I’ve tried yet is the Flores and Pineapple
- Overall, a great place to check out that not many people know about and I will definitely be going again!
